What you'll learn

  • Perform CPR on infants and children to current Resuscitation Council guidelines
  • Manage paediatric choking in infants and children
  • Manage an unconscious child including recovery position
  • Respond to a child with a suspected injury or sudden illness
  • Recognise and respond to anaphylaxis in children, including auto-injector use
  • Respond to febrile convulsions and seizures in children
  • Perform adult CPR and use an AED in the workplace
  • Manage adult bleeding, shock and burns in a workplace setting
